Performance objective
Candidates are to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to review the outcomes of a meeting and to facilitate the follow-up activities that occur after a meeting to ensure that agreed actions are completed and discussions from the meeting are recorded and stored correctly.
Assessment description
This assessment continues from Assessment 1 and 2.
Part A
Candidates are required to review the action plan from Assessment Task 1 and the meeting minutes taken from the meeting chaired and conducted in Assessment Task 2 to ensure they are a true and accurate record of the discussions.
Part B
Candidates are required to document their strategy for distributing and storing these minutes.
Part C
Candidates are required to prepare a report detailing the outcomes of the meeting conducted in Assessment Task 2.
Procedure
Part A
1. Obtain a copy of the meeting minutes prepared by the minute-taker of your meeting conducted in Assessment Task 2.
2. Check the minutes for accuracy including spelling, grammar and correct use of the template provided.
3. Provide details of your review in Appendix 1 in the space provided.
Part B
1. Detail your strategy for distributing and storing these minutes in Appendix 1 in the space provided.
Part C
2. Prepare a one page report detailing the outcomes the meeting you conducted in Assessment Task 2.
