1. Introduction

Human resource function is one of the key function in any company or an organization. Among the resources in any organization, human resources are the key to the smooth running of the organizational functions and maintaining performance targets. As the organization grows, especially within international markets, human resource management become utmost important to maintain the intercultural environments where human resources are maintained.
From recruitment to training and from job evaluation to exit procedure, human resource function need to be clearly managed, clearing disputes between people and for the best interest of staffs and the organization.
This report highlights the key functions of Ooredoo Telecom Maldives (WTM)’s human resource management procedures. This report also includes in-depth analysis of
