Bus 210 Code of Conduct
This code of conduct guides the ethical conduct of JLEE’s Massage Therapy and Spa, LLC employees. The code describes how we do business and each employee’s responsibility in protecting our reputation and those of our co-workers.
Code of Ethics
A Spa is only as good as its employees. Our employees are the best and highly educated which allows us to provide our clients with top quality service.
I. We will act with truth, accuracy, fairness and integrity. To provide our clients with the best possible experience.
II. We will maintain updated Treatment Procedures and Product manuals for all treatment modalities. We will stay abreast of the most current modalities offered in an effort to stay fresh in our business offerings.
III. Comply with applicable federal, state and local regulations with regard to licensing and certification. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients and to maintain our integrity.
IV. We will maintain appropriate training in advanced techniques. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.
V. We will have at least one employee present who has been trained and is certified in CPR and first aid. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.
VI. We will take histories and provide counseling sessions at each client’s first visit and every sixth business thereafter. This information will be considered private and confidential, and therefore will not be disclosed by the spa or its employees without the proper consent of the individual, unless such a disclosure is required by law. To protect the client and the company from wrongful disclosure.
VII. The spa will maintain current liability insurance for the purpose of guest and employee protection.
VIII. We will guard the guest's privacy and modesty. To promote clients comfort and satisfaction.
