Minutes of the 11th meeting held on 22nd November 2012
The meeting started at 7.30 pm by a word of prayer from Betty and John Wanjau chaired the proceedings.

MIN 1/11/12 MATTERS ARISING
1.0 Church
The wedding will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (Buruburu Phase I) on 8th Dec. 2012.Charge of Kes 20,000 has been cleared. The budget was thus reviewed from Kes 25,000 to Kes 20,000
1.1 Reception
At Kasarani Junior Academy; total charges of Kes 15,000 already cleared.
1.2 Decoration, Tents and Seats
This will be carried out by Beautiful memories. The total contract price is Kshs. 60,400.
The contract was signed on 6th October 2012. A total of Kshs 40,000 has been paid. The balance of Kshs.20, 400, being the final payment to be paid on the wedding day as earlier agreed.
1.3 Photo Session and One Night
This will be at Safari park hotel and the total payment of Kshs. 30,000 has been settled.
1.4 Catering
This will be done by Spark Caterers at a cost of Kshs. 115,000. An addition Kshs.3, 000 is to be paid to cover provision of water to guests. The additional cost is to be met out of miscellaneous budget. The contract had already been signed and Kshs. 91,000 paid leaving a balance of Kshs. 27,000.
1.5 Transport
1.5.1 Bridal Car- availability of the Mercedes Benz had not been confirmed. This should be done as soon as
