Good morning students, teachers, and principal of Cutler Ridge Middle School. It gives me great pleasure to give you a speech today on healthy lifestyle. You all should be honored to learn about these issues and how to live a longer life in this wonderful world. So, put on your thinking cap; try asking yourself, have I eaten a healthy diet lately? Have I gotten enough rest daily? Or I am performing a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly? Your answer lies within yourself. If you don’t start off with some basic healthy habits. Then here are three points which I want to discuss to all of you are about the important of having a healthy lifestyle, ways to live healthy and benefit of having a healthy lifestyle.

Why are healthy lifestyles so important to us? This is because it can help us to avoid the disease and illness such as heart disease, type2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and some forms of cancer. Having a healthy lifestyle also makes the life become more enjoyable and the most important thing is a way to keep our body in good condition in order to do day to day tasks. When you having a healthy lifestyle in your future, it will make all of us have a healthy body and mind. It is also very important to have a healthy lifestyle because it will save your life in the future. By living a healthy lifestyle you will be fit and you able to do things that you have never done before.

In addition avoid eating too much sweet or salty food. Normally, these sweet or salty foods are not healthy food because of the excessive salt and sugar content in the food product. Nevertheless, after a prolonged period of time having such bad eating habits, it shall direct us to diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. It has been kid’s nature to love tasty food without having any healthy eating mindset. As we’re older, change our diet by cutting down on sugar and salt food products starting from today!
