Accomplishing the CIP project at INVESCO, I comprehended the procedures of work and the communication in the team and realized that the team could improve the timing of reporting. Therefore, I voluntarily memorized the process and the due date of the team’s work from Quarter 2. Although the work was not my responsibility, I requested to take charge to assist the team. Moreover, to be an efficient person in the team, I set the work before they requested in order to prevent the time lag from any unexpected issues.
