Solving the Problem of the Magnetic Separator
The magnetic separator is characterized by a turbulent magnetic field and high separation factor, advanced structure, light weight, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. The magnetic separator is very suitable for the districts that are short of water so that water resource may be saved and ore dressing coasts may be reduced. It develops a new way for mining and utilization of magnetite.
The customers often encounter problems in the use of magnetic separator , such as motor overheating of magnetic separator. We summarize the common failures and solution about magnetic separation machine: motor overheating and abnormal of magnetic separator; lubrication of bearing is bad or wear is very serious; fan leaves fall off or wear; line contact of switch is undesirable, or break line and run single-phase or voltage is too low.
The sound of magnetic separator is normal in the running, cylinder gets stuck by the barrier, and even cylinder cannot turn, the bottom case is trembling. Its reason is often that the bottom cases gets stuck by object, or magnet falls off, and make the cylinder body creaky, the serious is that the tube skin is scratched. At this time, we should stop to maintain and remove the faults.
The reasons of reducer overheating are: the oil is not enough or oil quality is bad; worm and gear seriously is worn; meshing is bad; bad bearing lubrication or severe worn; magnetic field intensity becomes weak; the temperature is too high; sunlight exposure; acid and alkali corrosion.
Magnetic separator can consist of machine base, magnetic system, the cage, hollow shaft, concentrate slot, transmission equipment etc. When we install machine base, we must be based on hollow bearings to measure the elevation and levelness. The positioning of the magnetic also is based on machine base. The gap among the case and magnetic system must be accurately adjusted; its clearance limit deviation is 0 -1 mm. rotary kiln: http://www.zk-kiln.com cement mill:

Thank you for the response! I have heard from older nurses that doctors insisting on taking vitals are a habit which stemmed from when there was not as much focus on nurse education. Currently, there is a push for health care organizations to reach what is known as “Magnet Status” and one of those requirements is to have a certain percent of the nursing staff be RNs. Organizations that hire more well trained nurses do not have to worry about accomplishing basic tasks, so patient visits can be much more efficient.…

After gathering all the material needed to conduct these experiments, the first experiment was initiated. The mixture of solids was weighed out as well as the 10cm square piece of paper and the weighing dish. The mixture was spread out in a very thin layer on a piece of paper, the magnet was wrapped with clear plastic and the magnet was passed over the mixture several times to remove the iron from the mixture. The iron was placed on the 10cm square paper and weighed.…

Separatism is the advocacy of a state of cultural, ethnic, tribal, religious, racial, governmental or gender partition from the larger group. While it often refers to full political secession, separatist groups may seek nothing more than greater autonomy. There are four main types of separatist groups – religious, ethnic, racial and gender. Separatism “with national boundaries” refers to an event concerning only one country. Separatism “across national boundaries” refers to an event concerning more than one country.…

If one component of the mixture has magnetic properties, you can use a magnet to separate the mixture. Cobalt, iron and nickel all have magnetic properties. Note that not all metals are magnetic and magnetism is not a method to separate metals from non-metals. Gold, silver and mercury are examples of non-metal substances. Magnetism is however a way to separate magnetic substances from non-magnetic substances is. Magnetism as a separation method is done by taking any magnetic force (Electro magnets included) and moving it above an insoluble substance. Magnetism is only effective in insoluble substances. Examples of magnetic separation include the extraction of iron ore from surrounding silicate. Magnetic separation is also used to separate magnetic substances from waste water.…

LVDT consists of a cylindrical former where it is surrounded by one primary winding in the centre of the former and the two secondary windings at the sides. The number of turns in both the secondary windings are equal, but they are opposite to each other, i.e., if the left secondary windings is in the clockwise direction, the right secondary windings will be in the anti-clockwise direction, hence the net output voltages will be the difference in voltages between the two secondary coil. The two secondary coil is represented as S1 and S2. Esteem iron core is placed in the centre of the cylindrical former which can move in to and fro motion as shown in the figure. The AC excitation voltage is 5 to 12V and the operating frequency is given by 50 to 400 HZ.…

When there is a change of the magnetic flux Φ linked with a wire loop, it induces an electromotive force (emf) ε between the loop ends, but a constant magnetic flux or a non-linked flux does not. This is the basic fact of electromagnetic induction, expressed by Faraday’s law for a wire loop,…
