Swot Analysis of Pamperzhou Day Spa
Pamperzhou Day Spa is a new upscale destination in Freeway County, CA, offering a complete day spa experience. Pamperzhou offers seven ultra-chic, ultra-comfortable treatment rooms with the finest spa linens and equipment. We offer massage in a variety of styles - traditional Swedish massage, Deep Tissue work, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Sports, Pregnancy and others. We also offer facial and body treatments, like a Vitamin C Antioxidant Facial and Pevonia's Anti-Free Radical Treatment. The day spa has the latest in anti-aging products and techniques but does NOT offer services on hair such as cutting, styling and coloring. The only time a pedicure would be provided, is when it's part of a full treatment, like Kneipp's Arnica and Calendula Foot and Leg Reflexology Treatment. (www.bplans.com, 1996-2012)
Strengths:
Pamperzhou’s strengths come from how the company is operated. Currently, the company is a Sole Proprietorship, which is owned and operated by the founder and CEO. This is strength, because the owner has the ability to hire respectfully and run their business successfully their way. The owner will have the ability to co-market with local beauty salons and they will have the ability to make their own prices, and decide their own promotions and coupons. Additional strengths is that the owner has been in marketing and a sales professional for 15 years and worked in the medical field for 5 years prior to opening up the day spa. Throughout her years she was able to increase sales and profitability for the companies that she previously worked for. She holds a proven background and will show that she is unique in sales, budget, management and people skills, which is a perfect fit for building the client-base in a new business and seeing it through to success.
Weakness:
The biggest weakness in starting up a successful day spa is the economy. Depending on where the economy is at, is where it determines if women or men will decide to go to a day spa. Day

Strengths within the company can be, that they have a good upscale product. With organically grown food and healthier drinks. They already have multiple stores open in a big metropolitan area that are doing well and putting money into their pockets. Because the other stores are doing well they now have the resources to open two additional Stores. Doing the Expansion in a slightly larger scale I feel will be a good choice for them. They have the experience from opening other stores and have a good feel on what it takes for the stores to be successful. Having a positive cash flow is just one less problem that they have to worry about when expanding the business.…
