FOREWORD
It was a knowledgeable experience to make this Financial Analysis report on largest fast moving consumer products (FMCG) company in Pakistan, i.e. Unilever Pakistan Limited (UPL). The making of the report helped to have a deep insight into the working of the company. We learned how to analyze the important financial statements and draw out valuable results out of them in order to understand the company’s overall standing. it first seemed to be an easy task but some areas needed special attention and understanding.
Here we express our deep gratitude to our respected course instructor, Mr. Muhammad Usman who was always here to guide us and provide us support to complete this challenging task.

ABSTRACT

This report covers the financial analysis of Unilever, a giant consumer good manufacturer. Using the industry’s financial data, some very important aspects have been brought forward
