Introduction

Apple Inc., formerly known as Apple Computer, Inc., is an American multinational corporation headquartered in California. This Company designs, develops and sells electronics, computer software and computers all around the world. Its best known hardware is known as the Mac, which is in the line of computers, the iPod (a music player), the iPhone (smartphone) and the iPad (a tablet computer). All of these devices mention are programed by a software made by the company called the OS X and the iOS operating system. The company was found on April 1st 1976 and incorporated as Apple Computer Inc. on January 3rd 1977.

Apple became the world’s second-largest information technology company by revenue after the Samsung Electronics, and the world’s third largest smart phone maker after Samsung as well. Fortune magazine named Apple the most admired company in the year 2008, and the world from 2008 to 2012. However, that doesn’t mean this company went upscale all the way. They received criticism for its contractors’ labour practices and for Apple’s own environmental and business practices. Example, Apple Computer Inc. had an iPod-related public relations headache this week, following a report by a British newspaper on working conditions at Chinese factories. That Chinese factory that manufactures iPods employs over 200,000 workers who live in dormitories where visitors are not allowed to enter. Apple issued a statement

    Apple is a company that everyone in the world knows about today, and most people own at least one Apple product, but Apple did not start out as a huge company. It started out with Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak working on computers in the garage of Steve Jobs. Jobs and Wozniak had been friends since college and both men were interesting in electronic field of study. Many people know Steve Jobs but few know Steve Wozniak.
