1. How do you feel about your fitness assessment results? Did any areas surprise you? Explain your answers.
I feel pretty accomplished with my results. My mile run definitely surprised me. I never enjoyed running. I feel that my running time is well. I think I need to stretch more, the last time I did a sit and reach was in 7th grade.
2. This course will give you the opportunity to plan fitness routines and participate in regular physical activity. You will complete these same fitness assessments at the end of each module to help measure your progress in each fitness area. Describe the accomplishments you expect to see in your fitness assessment results as you move through this course and its related activities.
I am looking forward to lowering my mile run time. I hope to become more tolerant to running longer distances. I definitely want to become more flexible and increase my sit and reach distance. As far as my push-ups and curl-ups I plan to increase my rep capacity. I will do exercise to strengthen my lower back for trunk lifts.
