An effective leader is someone who has the ability to influence the people in there team to get the task at hand done, They will get the team to work as a unit rather than individuals which makes the task easier to achieve, This makes them an essential part of any business.

• Able to adapt to varying situations
• Works well under pressure
• Can be relied on
• Highly focused
