This ensures that the learner has the knowledge on how they can progress and improve further. The assessor shall carry out assessments to learners to assess their knowledge and how much they have learnt. This allows learners to demonstrate the knowledge they have gained and how they can apply it to real life work scenarios. This ensures that the assessments across the organisation are consistent in terms of quality.
