Project Management
What is meant by project management?
Project management is simply the way in which different areas that are considered in a particular project concerned are bought together in order to achieve a common goal.
There are different views that are given by different people about project management. All these ideas, differ from one person to another person which means that each of those will vary. Some of the views are described below.

As per the scenario, the project has to be completed by the month of June, which means that it is the particular deadline to finish all the targets. In order to achieve this, the first and the foremost thing is to list down all the activities and then plan the times needed for each of those, t be completed. Testing processes, taking the feedback along with the tasks parallely are some of the activities that can take place.
Scope Factor- ‘Scope’ is also considered as another important factor which has to be considered when developing a project. This is simply the way in which how the particular development ideas of the project are put into practice in order to produce the necessary requirement. (Cassidy.L,2015).
The scenario is mainly based on developing a Library Management system to the Libraries of Public schools. Therefore, in order to develop this theory, there are certain factors that should be considered as well. It is simply the outcome of the project that is being

There are certain instances where the necessary requirements are not met. Therefore, in times like that, a plan has to be started right from the beginning in order to make sure that each of these are met.
There are certain activities that have to take place when developing the project to build the Library Management system. Therefore a detailed list based on each of the tasks that have to take place along with the other costs such as travelling and training costs will also be included. It is only by conducting a proper plan, the necessary targets could be met. In this project, the main members who are involved are,P1 and P2 who are considered to be the programmers, and an analyst named A along with the IT manager, who is responsible for the overall changes that take place in the development of the project.

What is meant by a knowledge area?
A knowledge area is simply considered to be one area in which certain factors related to the development of a certain project is taken into consideration. There are 9 Knowledge areas that can be basically found in Project Management. A brief description about each of them is being listed below.
1. Integration Management
2. Scope Management
3. Time Management
4. Cost
