EHR reduces the incidence of medical error by improving the accuracy and clarity of medical records. It can also help the doctor to take quicker decision to predict disease and make the health information available for all anytime anywhere, reducing duplication of tests and delay in treatment. Patients can be well informed to take better decisions. Moreover, long term preservation and storage of records are possible through EHR. As the sufficient number of doctor is not available in our country and doctors have intention to stay at the city rather that rural are. So, the most important aspect of our proposed EHR system is that it helps the government to improve overall quality of mass-healthcare.
