Lust is a physical attraction, if a person see another individual and that person is attractive it may bring forth feeling of lust that is confused with love. The bible says that lust “For GOD so love the world that he gave his only begotten son that who so ever believe in him shall not perish but have ever lasting life” John 3:16. This brings us at types of love such as platonic and agape. Platonic which is the Greek word for friendships, this is a love that is non sexual. The word platonic comes from the philosopher Plato who philosophized about the nature of love. This love is more of a friendship and that even thou sexual activities are not taking place do not mean that love is not in play. The other type of love is agape which the Greek word is for unconditional love is more about charity. This love brings out care without regard to circumstances.
