Pastor – from Old French, “pastur” which means shepherd or herdsman - from Latin word, “pastorem” which also means shepherd, to lead to pasture, set to grazing, cause to eat, to tend, feed, guard and protect (etymological definition)
Pastor – a person called by God to be a shepherd or caretaker of His flock by teaching, preaching, counseling and ministering, experienced in the faith, and a leader of church affairs
