1. What Is Jonathan's Functional Ability Assessment Form?
Answer 1: The functional Ability Assessment Form is the form that helps to assess the condition of any employee who suffered any disability to know when the employee is recovering and it helps both employer and employee to know that if he or she is fit to do the work and can return to work. In this scenario, it can be seen that Jonathan got injured while making the deliveries, he deposited functional ability form. So, as a HR coordinator my very first step would be to examines the form, the form is going to help me to design an effective return to work plan for Jonathan to accommodate his injury. I would analyse if Jonathan has the functional ability to perform the task in an effective manner, or to find and decide another work for him when he return to the work. (Wsib Ontario)
Answer 2: Jonathan got injured while making delivery of the products and he got the several injuries fractured ankle and tissues damage on right arm, chest and abdomen.
