In this modern city, people are very busy and no longer have time to cook their own food. Eating fast food has become a trend for Hong Kong people. According to the statistics, there were 2,602 fast food restaurants in Hong Kong, the most popular fast food restaurant are McDonald’s, KFC and some Chinese fast food outlets like Maxim’s and Fairwood. According to a search by Hotel and Restaurant Administration, Hong Kong people always dining out, they spent 60 percent of their food budget on fast food. 90 percent of the people ate out at least once a week.Fast food is convinence and fast. Eating fast food can save time. In Hong Kong's fast-paced life, fast food is suit for working people and students. So majority of Hong Kong people, including us are always eating fast food.But fast food make our body unhealthy. After talking about the problem of fast food in Hong Kong, now I will discuss some cause.
