Another summer is coming to an end, and as the weather gets cooler, the clothes get heavier and warm-weather fun is replaced by indoor activities. If you're a job seeker, summer may not have been the most productive time for job hunting, and understandably so. But September brings with it the opportunity to wipe the slate clean and get a fresh start on your search.
