Why is it that 16 years old think that getting pregnant is a good idea? I understand that whatever you do in life has a consequence and nothing goes unpunished. For instance when you have unprotected sex with your boyfriend Steve as a virgin you feel so magical and never want that night to end and it seems that for some reason the next few weeks you are still having that magical night.
It’s been two weeks and your period has not come, you are so scared and you do not know what to do. You think what am I going to do aha I will talk to Steve. You meet him and say babe I think I am pregnant and in your mind you are hoping he is okay with that. When you tell him that your period has failed to come and wait for his reaction, just to find out he is not excited. You then become overwhelmed and start to fret because you are 16 and pregnant and have no idea what to do next. What do you do? You can go home and tell mom but you are so scared of her reaction that you just want to wait but somewhere in the back of your mind you know that if she finds out later she will be more upset than before. So you go home and tell her, and she is somewhat upset but very informative of your options, and lets you know that if you decide to keep your baby then you have to man up and take responsibility for your actions. Later when your dad returns from work he has been made aware of the current situation and wants to talk to you about your options. He also wants you to know that he is very upset with you but knows that he cannot stress you out and begins to let you speak about what you think.
Well having a child while you yourself are a child it can be very dangerous and not a responsible move.
