2 day diet plan
2 day diet plan

This plan is for people with type 2 diabetes. It is good as it does not consist of too much carbohydrates or sugars meaning it is good for maintaining the blood glucose level. Also it is healthy for the patient and there is lots of nutrients and protein and all the vital stuff they need to intake daily. This will help eventually cure type 2 diabetes combined with exercise and insulin tablets. I chose whole wheat bread as it contains more nutrients, fibre, bran and more vitamins than white bread, so this is why I put it into the diet plan. I added low fat ingredients into the diet plan as it’s healthier than the full fat product meaning less fat enters the body but they can still enjoy the food they like. I added in tossed salad as salad is god for you, it provides a high level of fibre, vitamin C,E, folic acid, Lycopene, and alpha-beta-carotene. Also salad helps protect the body, helps lower risks of many diseases, particularly cancer.

    2. The diet was created for people with hypertension. I followed the diet for three days. Normally I don’t think I would have had a problem following this diet because I tend to eat the same foods already but situational factors affected my outcome. The combination of work and finals didn’t give me adequate time to prepare meals. I tried my hardest to get the fruit, grains, and nuts/seeds/legumes servings in because those were the easiest to eat on the go. I followed that pretty well but I definitely didn’t get all of my vegetable, lean meat/poultry/fish, or dairy servings in.…
