It explained things like what globalization is exactly and the elements of it, when globalization has taken place in Canadian history, and finally the globalization debate in Canada. A fun fact from the website is that the term globalization likely became a thing in the 1960s, and after being a huge term that was very commonly used in the 1990s.

The early 1800s was a busy time being that Beothuk civilization becomes extinct, Metis trade fur independently, and finally Hudson's Bay Company and the North West Company merge.

Another very informative website! I love the fact it has the cold, hard facts and doesn’t have a ton of excess words. This website explains imperialism and globalization very, very well. It very clearly defines each stage of the imperialist conquest of the planet by the Europeans and their North American children which was carried out in two phases and as the website mentioned, is perhaps entering a third.
