An older person might want to research the help that is available for them on something which doesn’t involve them from going outside. They might want to use a computer but might not know how to use one because they might never have been taught. For a patient to overcome this challenge the health carer should help him or her to use the computer or do the research for them. It can become difficult for someone obese and less mobility to lose weight because if they have difficulty in moving around then it will be difficult for them to lose weight. So, the health care can help them to overcome this challenge by encouraging the patient to do regular walks around the room or even outside. The health carer could give the patient some educational information material like a leaflet or to go on a computer aided advice system like the NHS website or clinical audits like going to the doctors so he or she knows how to lose weight and so they understand the whole concept much better.
