Starting an exercise plan is easy the problem will be sticking to it. My current exercise habits are walking for about 30 minutes at least three times a week and playing Michael Jackson’s The Experience on the Wii. These exercises allow incorporate aerobics and stretching into my exercise. I stretch before I begin to workout, the Wii and walking routine gets my heart rate going. During my workouts I use a waist trimmer. I zip it up around my abdominal area and it makes me sweat. My abs are my target area right now, I am trying to lose a few inches around there. The rest of my body is acceptable although I am working on toning up slightly. My exercise plan starts on Monday and ends on Friday. So every other day works out for me as far as flexibility.
Everyday changes that I can use to increase my energy are taking different routes when approaching certain situations. Walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevators can help increase my energy. Walking up the escalator is also an option or while washing dishes I can stand up and down on my tippy toes. This will provide some strength training and workup your heart rate. Water intake can also increase energy throughout your day. Water is crucial for keeping mental physical energy. Drinking water keeps your systems working properly allowing you to operate much more efficiently resulting in more energy. Consuming a healthy diet and eating at regular times can help boost and maintain your energy levels. Proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats provide the body with the energy it needs to function proficiently. Caffeinated drinks provide energy such as coffee and energy drinks. However these are not always healthy and tend to make you lag and feel exhausted as the day goes by. Fresh fruits can provide a boost they are also rich in vitamins minerals and antioxidants. Adding extra vitamins can be done day to day. One thing we should not go without is breakfast. Make that a
