After watching 3 idiots, I have realized to follow your passion or to pursue what your heart desires because it would be more difficult for a person to pursue a career which will not make you happy and satisfied. Rancho said "Pursue excellence then success will chase you". It will be difficult for a person to pursue excellence compare to a person doing and enjoying his passion. That passionate person will easily pursue excellence since he is not pressured of what he is doing; Just like Rancho, he excels in their class because he is passionate for machines, and contrary to Farhan, who is pressured by his parents to study and finish engineering that is very contrary to his hobby and his passion which is photography.

But I do not believe that if everyone or you follow what you want or what is the desire of your heart success you will surely succeed in life. As I have watched the movie, Rancho is an excellent student, he not just an excellent student, he can also be called a genius or a prodigy in mechanics, he succeed because he did not waste his talent or gift, he did not just use it, he used it to its fullest and follow excellence. Rancho did all of this because he is intelligent and it is his passion. What if Rancho is not that intelligent, that he could not possibly pass an entrance exam to ICE (Imperial College of Engineering) but he want to be an engineer would he be able to success as an engineer? As for Raju, he is also successful because he, is also a good student, though always last of the list of the passers, but he still manages to pass the exams. We all know that not all the exams all the students will pass, there will always be a student who will fail, though he loves or his passion is in engineering and do his part to follow his passion. In the movie, Raju became a successful man since he is also a good student and engineering is his passion. Farhan, is an excellent student in engineering. He is able to pass the

It is possible to be born into a successful family, but it is not possible to be born successful. The responsibility of being successful falls greatly upon me as an individual. While others can give an opinion, theory, or share their beliefs it is ultimately up to me to make my own decisions. At most I can adopt someone’s beliefs, I can imitate their actions, or even mimic their behaviors, but no one else is responsible for what happens in my life. It is up to me to put forth the hard work and dedication to reach the level of success that I desire. It is my personal responsibility to choose the path for my life and I choose success.…

According to, “Don’t do what you love for a career—do what makes you money,” Catherine Baab-Muguira concerns about what do we live for and how do we live for, to understand what the most important in life is, especially about career. She told that we must do the work that will make much money, to make life’s work out. The author knows that it’s easier to do your work to pursue your dreams that we usually called passion. It opens our minds to make us realize that a success is not accomplished by a minimum effort, but more than that. I agree with the author’s opinions that we must be rational, for career, money is crucial.…

When reflecting over this past semester and my time in Medical surgical three, I have seen a great deal improvement in understanding of different medical care and various conditions. I improved my knowledge through the use of assigned readings, case studies, and other different assignments. When I first began this course I had a very limited knowledge about different medical conditions and how to care for these types of patients. The first day of class I was surprised by the content and the pace it was conveyed, I was very glad that I had brought my recording so that I could catch all the information that was being taught.…

I have always been aware about the achieving drive in my character. The drives of achieving my goal has always made me physically and mentally challenge myself for a simple need of satisfaction at the end of the day. I studied in a boarding school in India for seven years, where I wanted to achieve the honor of being the headgirl (school leader) at my last year of high school. This meant being an all rounder. I pushed my self in all sports team and excelled at swimming. I worked hard in my studies and contributed in class participations. My teachers recognized me for all the hard work I put in and I did achieve my goal. My strength of an achiever comes from an independent life at a boarding school with the willingness to standout out of the crowd amongst the other students. Presently, the part of the reason for my willingness to further complete my college degree and get an MBA, thereafter, comes from a drive of achieving my dreams in the…

The first step to leading a successful life is finding what you enjoy and be good at it. Combs says that when you are feeling good about something and you are actively engaged in it, you have found a passion. He tells us to use our “built-in compass,” which is our emotions. Only you will know if something angers, bores, or excites you. Your “gut feeling” lets you know if you should continue to pursue something. I definitely agree with this because it reminds me of Harvey MacKay’s quote, “Find something you love to do, and you will never work have to work a day in your life.” In the past, there was a marketing internship that I did not enjoy because I knew that this wasn’t what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. So, I found a company that allowed me to use my marketing skills to help people in the medical industry. I truly enjoy it and feel like I am vacationing every time I go to work. Channeling your knowledge and emotions towards finding what you are passionate about is very rewarding. This process will lead to a successful life, both physically and spiritually.…

The magic of hard work and perseverance cannot be underestimated. We see in general that people who have succeeded in life have done an immense amount of hard work and their success is we all see, but the effort put in, we fail to measure. We do wonder how he could achieve so much, but it is absolutely certain that achievement has come his way after much of continued effort. Most of us do make efforts but, soon lose heart and leave our projects and this is why we fail to reach the pinnacle of success. It must be clear in our minds that, we never can achieve with just a simple raising of a finger, we have got to put our heart and soul in a particular job and that also with continued vigour in every attempt then only we can hope for any success. Those of us who leave effort midway are obviously left midway by success also, and then we are disheartened and broke, just to ogle jealously at those who have succeeded. If we have the confidence in our effort, there is nothing that can deter us from…

There were lots of interesting scenes, but this movie also has its appalling moments that made me think twice. I’m talking about the scene where the director told Joy Lobo’s dad that Joy won’t graduate that year, saying that he has violated all the deadlines in making his “unrealistic” and “nonsense” helicopter which triggered Joy to commit suicide. The director gave him a mental pressure which he has been enduring for years. This is very alarming. I believe that teachers are the supposed to give options that will help the students take the right path, not to take away those options and give them the idea to take the wrong one.…
