Unidentified Strengths The strengths that were not revealed through any of the assessments or the 360 feedback are idealistic, seek/value harmony, open-minded, flexible, passionate, energetic spirit, and dedication. I believe this was the case because I was an intern and had no power within my agency. I currently fall under the domain of relationship building, which is apparently the glue that holds the team together. Personally, I would prefer to be in either the domain of executive or influencing because these are individuals with a dominant personality and know how to get things done. These individuals tend to advocate for everyone in the group. I know that I am not a dominant personality so I suspect I envy those who possess those traits.
Major Strengths After taking various assessments and surveys, I have found out that I am a strong servant leader and weak authentic leader. My major strengths specifically include balanced processing, emotional healing/behaving ethically, value for community/putting followers first, and empowering/helping followers grow and succeed. The strengths that I need to develop/augment are self-awareness, internalized moral perspective, rational transparency, and knowing when to say “no.” I believe that I will grow as I gain more experience and knowledge within the Social Work
