4.1 Address Creative Worker Traits
4.1 Address creative worker traits.
Individuals that have a creative flair about themselves tend to demonstrate greater intelligence and a more conscientious personality than compare to other individuals. Many historical and contemporary studies support this observation. Creative individuals are astute to resolving issues in a variety of methods.
Workers Creative Traits include:
a. Knowledgeable: Creative thinking mandates a vast array of data and information as well as facts and personal observations. To generate ideas and solutions, knowledge is key.
b. Intellectual abilities: Increased knowledge is not necessary to be deemed a creative issue, but creative people are talented at establishing alternative resolution in a minimal amount of time.
c. Personality factors: Personality and emotional traits are critical in establishing I an individual will be a creative persona. Some traits of creative individuals include: Creative workers are per-occupied with creative expression and discovery that buck traditional methods and trends with a heavy influence of individuality in how they interact with others. The are very positive minded and an upbeat self-image of themselves. Persistence drives their level of tolerance and ability to handle frustration without incident.

Why ponder an issue alone, as one, when a multitude of perspectives increases the probability of finding the desired solution? Wring it down, provides a visual record of the idea and fortifies the memory retention for later use.
