2 Avocados
1 Tin Tuna
Mayonnaise (can use low-fat)
Small Diced Onion
1. Create a blend by mixing the tuna, mayonnaise, and diced onion together.
2. Cut the Avocadoes down the middle and remove the pits.
3. Fill the space left behind with the tuna mix.
4. Serve (can be garnished with fresh parsley or coriander)
Main Course:
Chopped up mixed greens
Chopped ham
Blocks of ricotta cheese mixed in.
Tin of chickpeas
Tin of mixed beans
Cucumber
Tomatoes.
1. Drain the Chickpeas
2. Mix all the ingredients well
3. Serve with a salad dressing of your choice and bread on the side.

MOM: Liked the no cooked starter of avo and tuna a lot.
DAD: Thought I could have mixed a bit of tomato sauce and chutney into the mayonnaise.
DIMITRI: Did not like it because he hates onions…
MAIN COURSE:
MOM: Thought it tasted a bit bland. She would have liked cold chicken it with the ham.
DAD: He liked it, but wanted some extra sweet chilli as he eats sweet chilli on everything…
DIMITRI: He liked it a lot because there were no onions in the salad and he loves chickpeas.
