4 Steps to Process Analysis
Process analysis is a method of writing down the design of a process, be it for a business, a education model or research work in order to convey to the audience or the reader, how the changes in a process take place and its stages. These are basically instruction sheets with detailed outline of the process that has been decided at the first level and worked upon again with specific details fed in. The processes are explained in a chronological order so that the reader can understand the process end-to-end.

Document the standard steps in the process
When it comes to writing down a process, it is important to understand the nitty gritties of the business that it is involved with. A delivery model business will have different process flow than a restaurant. Therefore, the first and foremost step that should be taken here is to understand the business requirements, note down the flow of work and put in processes in place. Depending on the business type, the standard steps can be decided. Say for instance, a restaurant that delivers food at home. The standard steps in this case will involve taking orders via various mediums like phone, email, web or messaging, followed up by informing the kitchen administration about the same, getting the food cooked and packed, allotting a delivery person to deliver at the requested address. These steps need to be documented first to understand how the process in general will work.

Identify exceptions to the standard process
To make a mark in the customer’s mind with the quality of services offered, there are a few things that the companies or organizations choose to incorporate in the functional process. Taking the above mentioned example here, the restaurant authority may choose to deliver food items within a particular time frame, get the delivery done through an external party or use a special team in the back end to monitor the delivery process and not involve in house staff. Hence, with these exceptions being introduced

Changing your engine oil is one of the single most important vehicle maintenance acts you can perform. Over time the oil breaks down and no longer performs its job the way it did when it was new. Your engine 's oil helps absorb heat from the engine and lubricates moving metal parts that would otherwise grind together. As you drive, the oil pump circulates oil within your engine and the oil filter catches the deposits that build up over time. The oil filter performs its own type of car maintenance by keeping the oil clean. But as the oil gets older, the number of deposits in the oil continues to build and the filter is unable to extract all of the material. A trip to the bowling alley is anything but boring. There are pool tables, air hockey tables and arcade games you can play if bowling just isn’t your fancy. Also, you can’t go to the bowling alley without getting some good-ol’ snack bar food! There’s nachos, cheese fries and corn dogs; with so many choices who could complain? I finally learned to stop asking that question after my parents purchased a bowling alley and put me to work. Bowling machines are just that- machines. One can’t expect a machine to work one hundred percent of the time, flawlessly. Occasionally a bowling machine will mess up, it’s inevitable. For instance the scoring system could go down leaving most people lost. Fortunately for you this essay will help keep you in the light if the scoring system at your local bowling alley is ever in the dark.…
