Ham would be the best nutritional choice because it has less calories, less sodium while still having a good amount of vitamin C. 2. Compare the three milks. Give two reasons skim milk would be the best nutritional choice. Skim milk has 90 calories compared 130 and 150 for 2% and whole milk. Skim milk also has less saturated fat, 0 grams compared to 3 and 5 for 2% and whole milk. 3. Give two reasons 2% milk would be the best nutritional choice. 2% milk has more vitamin A and more vitamin C compared to the skim and whole milk. 4. Give two reasons whole milk would be the best nutritional choice. Whole milk contains less carbs, and more vitamin A (313 grams compared to 23 and 184 grams for skim and 2% milk)
