I’ve learned that being principle-centered is the most “carefree” life. For example, one day even if my friends bad-mouthed behind me, I wouldn’t be downhearted because I knew that they are not the center of my life. My principles are. On the contrary, if I place other aspects before my principles, such as material that will deteriorate, I’m gonna be disappointed and unsatisfied. As long as I insist on the right principles, although others might think of us as peculiar, it doesn’t matter because principles never change. When I was in secondary school I frequently played truant with my friends. Of course my SPM grades were barely satisfying. Well now that I think back I can’t blame anyone, because I couldn’t stand firm on principles and I decided to compromise my principles.
