By the age of fourteen little Tony had grown out of his troublesome ways and actually became a Jockey! He had evolved so much from the first series and it was something to admire. In this video they showed us how well he took care of all the horses and how well he really genuinely cared for them as if they were his own children. He was building a career with this business at a very young age. Tony grew up without a father and this really made me think long and hard about how he acted and how we was with other kids and etc… I believe he found something that he was very passionate about and pursued that to become a career. Unfortunately by the time Tony was 21 and was able to compete he had to quit because he realized he was not very good. From the first series I talked about how Tony was very troublesome but at the same time he was also very street smart and knew what to do when he had to do it. His transition from the first series to now was one to really really admire because of how far he had come. He adapted really well and went on and pursued what he wanted to achieve which was admirable.
In the twenty one up series we see Tony has walked away from his Jockey life and came to be a london Taxi driver. I was a little disappointed that Tony had become that and thought he had a lot more in him than to just be a taxi driver. To me he seemed very happy about everything around him when he was twenty-one. He still had high hopes though and wanted to become an actor. He did land small roles here and there. Seeing this about Tony was kind of a reality check for me because if I had dreams like that and then later on realized I cannot even pursue them and then I was stuck with a job that I absolutely hated I would not enjoy work and if I don't enjoy work I would not enjoy my life around me.
By twentyeight Tony was married to a woman named debbie and they were raising two kids. They wanted their own business so they were looking into getting their own pub. They eventually got one but it was not their cup of tea so they got rid of it and Tony bought his own cab and went back to the Taxi business. Just a few short seven years after his wife also took the taxi exam and passed but, unfortunately Tony had also lost his mother and then bought a new house for his family to live in. I think right now was the hardest for Tony while trying to raise a family and grieve at the same time.
I honestly really respect Tony for everything that has happened over the past years to him and he still managed to keep a smile on his face. What I wanted to discuss how his relationship with his wife was in the series. Throughout the series it would show how Tony would not even move one plate from one room to the other because of how male dominant he thought he was. Now back then this might have been the norm for everyone so I don't think it was a big deal but watching it now from 2014 realizing that men were like that where they can move a plate was disgusting. Now I cannot really bash on him for that since all men back then were typically all the same and male dominant in the house so it was not actually the biggest deal but still I wanted to mention it.
Watching Tony all the way from when he was seven years old to about forty two was quite the show. He really knew what he wanted when he wanted it as I have stated before. Tony was quite an interesting character and it was really enjoyable following his journey throughout the series. He taught us all valuable life lessons along with letting us follow him through his entire life. It must have been a little hard because of how his life was always public record and everyone knew about it kind of like mini celebrities but overall I think he enjoyed it and so did the rest of the world.

Evil, on the other hand, is symbolized by coyotes and the character of Tenorio. Before Tenorio is involved in the story, there is no mention of the wickedness of the coyotes, but once he shows up, they're constantly on the side of evil. Tony refers to Tenorio's friends as a "ring of coyotes around him" (83). A different and unique perspective makes Tony stand out from the other characters in the story. Once an idea is planted into his mind, it remains there in his subconscious and dreams. Later in the story he…

A good example was in the final scene as shots are being fired everywhere. You take notice how the entire room is red, as it was prepared to drenched into a battlefield. Lastly, when Tony is shot in the back falling down from the stair could represent his fall from “grace” or at the very least his fall from glory. The last touch would have to be the fact that as Tony died, we see a statue saying the ‘The World is Yours’ which can represent a heavy dose of irony. The irony is, that Tony tried living a super crazy life style similar to that of a rock star. He kept trying to take and take with no signs of slowing down, it got to the point where he was breaking the main rule of drug dealing. “Don’t get high on you own supply”, he constantly breaks that rule and when the fast life style caught up with him, Tony came crashing down. Another example of mise-en-scene is where Tony gave his “Hello to the Bad Guy” speech, he said this in a fancy restaurant drunk. Clearly there is a stark difference between Tony and the other guest, and as the scene continues it becomes clear that Tony doesn’t belong. He always wanted to make it into first class but once he made it, it turns out to be not all it's cracked up to be. This become further lampshaded as his wife said, “We aren’t winners we are losers”. However, despite all this, Tony doesn’t care. He is still showed he is not afraid to be who he is, when he…
