A Career As An Analyzer Technician
The job title I did research on is Analyzer Technician. The reason I like this job is because it seems like something I could be good at and I think I have what it takes to be a good Analyzer Technician.
Being an Analyzer Technician you can make a really great living off, in addition to being in really high demand. “Analyzers install, calibrate, and maintain some of the most intricate instrumentation in the world,” you have to be highly skilled at this position. (Analyzer Technician – Petrochemworks) relying on experience and judgement to plan and complete goals. “Certificate of completion in Instrumentation Technology from a credited training provider.” You need to go to a technical college to get your Associates in Instrumentation Technology. (Analyzer Technician – Petrochemworks). To enter as an Analyzer Technician a person must have a certificate of Associates of Applied Science. (Careers in Manufacturing) In this field there is are lot of chances for advancements, some Analyzer Technicians have to enter as Instrumentation Technician who have higher aptitude and altitude so they have moved to a higher level of technology. (Careers in Manufacturing). As you become more skilled you can go back to school and get more education to be an engineer or supervisor. You can also just stay as an Analyzer Technician and get a raise or get a higher position. The hourly and annually salaries vary on different things. Analyzer Technicians make from 35 - 40 dollars an hour and work about 50 plus hours a week unless the refinery is on shut down in that case you may work from 13 – 20 hours straight before you can get an off day or anything.
