She has been enrolled in this psychiatric institution and has a history of multiple attempts of escape and general disregard for authority during her time in the hospital. She as seen is easily agitated and aggressive in her first meeting with another patient Susana in the psychiatric ward she confront her asking for Jaime and pushing her up against a wall. Lisa enjoys the attention her pranks and antics earn her while blatantly ignoring authority or other people in general. We can infer based on her attitude and pranks for attention that Lisa might have had inattentive, unaffectionate parents. Likewise it doesn’t seem possible that she harbored may close social or personal relationship with a friend or anybody. There is no details of past history mental illness her family, substance abuse or even living conditions that affected her. Yet my presumption over her family and social life is based solely on how cold and sometimes shrewd she operates with other people. Currently Lisa is an inpatient at in Claymoore psychiatric hospital, and has been there for about 8 years. She has never been released yet has managed to escape twice from the facility until she eventually caught and returned to the hospital. They currently are giving her electro shock therapy which is a psychiatric treatment that involves electrodes being used to produce seizure for mental illness. This therapy has not reproduced or helped the patient throughout the film, and Lisa seems unresponsive to this

With no friends. During the scene with the missing screws, she just squeaks. Her parents neglect her by ignoring her. Also, she goes to stealing things, as a response to this neglectedness. She makes up lies, just to try to impress people. Some things don’t even makes sense. Like when the they were talking about ‘doing it’ she made up that she did her shrink that is a married adult. Another example is like when she entertained herself, she takes things, like John’s locker when he was getting the joint. Her parents don’t give her the attention she deserves, so she takes random people’s stuff, to learn more about them. For example, she took Brian’s wallet and she learned his middle name.
