A Case Study: Face To Face Interaction In La Habra
Case management services were provided through a face to face interaction in La Habra. Present at the meeting were WYP (Wraparound Youth Partner) Andy Ngo and the youth. WYP Ngo checked in with the youth’s teacher. The youth’s behaviors have improved. The youth is making effort in school, by staying away from his peers during class hours. The youth is sitting alone during class hours. The youth gets into trouble when associating with his peers. The youth is not passing his classes, because he is doing few to none of his school assignments. WYP Ngo checked in with the youth. The youth acknowledged he needs to do his school assignments.
