A Child Miseducated Is A Child Lost-Helen Keller
VALEDICTORIAN 2018 SPEECH
A child miseducated is a child lost- Helen Keller
It is with great humility, that I first and foremost thank the Almighty God for this achievement and the grace and favour He has shown me these past six years. I would love to appreciate the CEO, Mrs. Adamolekun for setting up the school and her continued efforts to ensure it keeps existing. I also thank Mr. Akwitti for introducing many amazing opportunities to me and for their relentless support too. I also appreciate Mrs. Bozimo and all other teachers who have taught and helped me along with those who haven’t. I have learnt so much from you in the last six years. I am thankful for my parents and siblings who through their support and love could and are determined to provide me with the best possible opportunities. I also thank my classmates for being there when I needed help and assistance and also making it here and completing this phase which has definitely been filled with stress which was overcome through hardwork and perseverance.

This period was also a great period of learning for me because I was able to improve my ability to multitask greatly which is probably why I am before you today presenting this speech. I really can’t be too thankful to everyone who helped throughout my stay in SEF, teachers, students, even the non- teaching staff and all my classmates, even those I may have had problems with a few times

I’d like to thank my friends and my academic adjudicators. Without any of you, I would not be where I am today. Thank you, because without your help, I would not have been given this chance to represent the class with a lengthy speech comprised of highly personal anecdotes, a chance I now plan to take full advantage of. Thank you teachers, for all that you have taught me - lessons that extended well beyond the four walls of a classroom, for providing me with myriad opportunities for all round development and values in life. Mere saying Okay. I won’t make my speech way too lengthy because I know what a torture it is to stand right there and listen to all the blabber. So first let’s get done with the Thank yous.…
