To insult us even more, we noticed that the table that was being prepared for us was given to another large party that arrived twenty minutes after us. I feel that the most insulting was the fact that when we finally requested to speak with a manager (whom never appeared)we were insulted with more bread and appetizer, as if we were looking for free hand-outs. Our table not even served a glass of water until well after 9pm! Well, to sum this up, after eating several pieces of rolls of bread, drinking a glass of water and two cokes, frustration starts to take it's toll. But we were very patient due to the fact that veterans of our caliber have self respect! In addition to the three toddlers with us becoming very impatient (waiting to dine for nearly two hours tend to have that effect and will almost ruin ANY desire to complete a full course dinner). My party and I spent well over two hundred dollars in this establishment which appears to have an inside employee/close family special seating going on here and one that displays open discrimination. My wife, son and I, along with the rest of our party did not complete our meals in it's entirety and thus requested to-go boxes for all of us. What does this say about a restaurant when the entire party leaves with a to-go box at 9:48pm? Something didn't happen the way it was supposed to! I'm not sure if this is the standard for Texas Roadhouse locations, but this is definatley one that should be closely monitored. Lastly, I definitely don't think that we will schedule another visit like this unless our request are accurate and not just shoved to the side. I patiently wait for a response from your management regarding my concerns. Thank you.
