with a positive attitude of mindfulness and a spirit to self-discovery. When you integrate all the different parts of your mind, body, and spirit this is when we discover how to achieve spirituality. This includes getting in touch with your needs from the physical side /your body, emotional side / your feelings, mental side / your thoughts, and the spiritual you/your spirit. “Mental well-being is the ability to gather, process, recall, and communicate information” (Seaward, 2013, p. 27). Being aware of your mental state helps you to explore new ideas, examine our beliefs, and cultivate positive attitudes. When we become aware of our mental state and thoughts we can start to quiet our minds and get beneath to our unconscious minds. We can then learn how to balance the conscious and unconscious parts of our minds
