“A prince among Dragons”

Act 1, scene 1

Fade in:

EXT. A young man under a tree-day

Tom walk to see his friend, James, slacking.

TOM

“James, Get your butt back here.”

JAMES

“All right.”

{JAMES sits up with a poundered look on his face}

TOM

“What’s that look for?”

JAMES

“I was thinking, who’s this next order for? Susan across the hall or Susan the princess?”

TOM

“Neather. It’s for that nasty dragon.”

JAMES

“Oh yes. Did you know that the dragon was once a prince?”

TOM

“Aren't they all. It all been done before. Prince gets cursed. Kidnapped princess. Princess kiss the thing. Dragon turns back to human.”

{JAMES Get up and leans against the apple tree}

JAMES
He’s the Prince among dragons.”

{TOM sits down now intrested in the story}

TOM

“This I have to hear.”

JAMES

“And I will tell it..As soon as I get a stool to sit on with a glass of water.”

{Tom gets up}

TOM

“Right way.”

{Tom leaves stage left while James closes his eyes for a nap.}

JAMES

“What a sucker. Like he’s never hure that excuse before.”

{Tom re-enters stage, with a stool and a glass of water.}

TOM

“Here. Please begin.”

{James gets comfortable.}

JAMES

“It all started…”

{The glass of water begins to rumble. A loud thud happens as a dragon lands next to the apple tree}

THE DRAGON

“Perhaps I would be best to tell this story..hum?”
{The dragon sit down.}

{James now with nervous looks moves behind Tom.}

“Go..on, ahead. Sir.”

THE DRAGON

“Please, call me Toby. Wait..call me Puff. Toby was my human
