Rising Action: Dublin is very cautious about not being seen by the Free Staters. He has a smoking problem and really wants a smoke. He knows it's risky because the flash of the fire could be seen in the dark of the night. He struck the match and it was only light for a second. He blew it out but almost instantly a shot was flatten against the parapet of the roof.
Climax: An armored car came around the corner.
The sniper was tempted to shoot but he knew the bullet would pierce the steel plating on the car. An old lady ran out in the road and started talking to the man in the armored car pointing to the rooftop where the sniper is lying. The turret in the armored car turns to the roof and before he could shoot the sniper shoots the man in the turret and the old lady running for her life. The other sniper that has been watching him shot and hit him.
Falling action: Dublin fell from the roof like he was dead. Everything is silent, when Dublin pulls out his revolver and lines up his shot on the enemy sniper. It's a long shot but he does it anyway. When the smoke cleared he saw the enemy falling over the edge of the roof in a deadly manor. He told himself to report back to the commander but instead...
Resolution: Dublin has an urge of curiosity to see the face of the man he just killed. Dublin ran over to see the corps. Meanwhile he is being shot at by a turret. The bullets striking the area all around him as he runs for cover. He dives head first behind the wall where the dead sniper lied. When Dublin rolls over the dead corps that he has just murdered he realises that he has just killed his brother.
