As employees are vital part of any organisation, thus their rights should be kept with care. The ethical issues of the accounting system regarding the employee rights are firstly the car hire policy that asked the client to present his all required personal details, such as name, address, contact number, e-mail address etc. since the private details are kept confidential. It will be Violation of law professionally in terms of the confidential information sharing of the client with others. In addition, the company has no knowledge in terms of setting up a new business. Most of the staff is employed on a part-time basis or working flexible hours. There is not enough staff employed in the company that can run it properly. Another issue is that in case of absences or sickness, no sufficient replacement is available and thus the responsibilities are held at inexperienced
