When writing your supporting evidence on Onefile it is important to complete a summary of the work you have attached.
An example of this would be:
I was given (description of job E.G – word processing job) ………… job in the office which was to be completed within ………. time,
Deadline – was it completed within this deadline. – how much time
Who the job was for.
I used (the package used e.g Word) to create the document required.
Explain what the job entailed – example – inserted images using – clipart/ Gadwin in order to achieve the desired document for the customer.
Describe font used
Where the document was saved e.g – saved to AOS1
Any problems encountered.
Example of supporting evidence :
On the 23rd January 2010 I was given a word processing job within the office. This was to be completed within two days of receipt.
I completed this work the day that it was given me in order to ensure that the deadline was met.
This job was for Anne Stott whom required a handout to be produced from screen prints taken from the internet in order for her to give to her learners within a class.
To create this document I used Microsoft word 2007 package for all the typed information and used the ‘clip art’ function to insert the pictures to create the desired document required.
I used comic sans font size 12 which was requested by the customer (Anne).
Once I had produced the document I then saved it on the office AOS system. Using AOS7 (the system I was logged onto at the time) I sent it to the office manager in order for her to check, proof read and finalise.
Corrections were made and as requested by the customer I printed a copy out for her and emailed her with a hardcopy.
I had difficulty deciding on which images to use for this handout as the one on the original work given to copy could not be found. I therefore decided to use what I felt was appropriate for the handout I had
