EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The sales outsourcing industry is in the middle of a tremendous growth period. With low entry barriers, new and extremely competent companies are entering the industry almost every day and thus, studying an organization in this fray was both fascinating and intriguing. In addition, how a company, which is already trying to find its foothold in the environment it works in, deals with tough competition and new players is what makes our study worth it.
Initially our focus lay in understanding the competitive environment that Aayuja is currently finding itself in. Considering the high level of uncertainty present in the sector, we then understood how Aayuja mitigates some of these uncertainties through various in-company activities.
We also saw how Aayuja strategically positions itself to keep ahead of its competitors. This not only included a generic overall strategy, but also various service-specific strategies as well. Since it is a relatively new organization, we can safely assume that it would keep changing and evolving more with time.
Being a small organization, the structure of Aayuja in itself is quite different from other multinational corporations and gives a lot of insight into how this structure helps it align itself to achieve its goals.
Aayuja’s culture is quite vibrant in its use of social media and metaphors to send its message across its employees.
