First Draft Affordable Healthcare Act is the new government healthcare that provides health insurance to Americans who may not be able to afford care, unemployed or/and a senior. Affordable Healthcare Act is a benefit to millions of Americans but can also affect millions who won’t have use of Affordable Healthcare Act. Many Americans are unable to afford healthcare due to the expenses of having insurance. On the other hand Americans who can afford care have a fear they may need to pay a higher rate. Obama has taken his time and making sure he takes all the steps needed to launch the Obama Care. Affordable healthcare act has brought out a lot of different options such, as could this be the right move for American’s or not.
When a new law is put in place it takes time and a lot of work. President Obama signed the Affordable health care act on March 23th 2010. Affordable health care act will allow million of uninsured Americans to be able to have insurance. Spring of 2010 an office was open to build the insurance exchange and other parts the law required. The healthcare.gov was launched July of 210. Enrollment was not yet placed in order. Early year of 2011 Insurance companies was required to change policy’s to improve the health care. On December 19th 2012 President Obama tells the White house aides that Affordable health care act will be the most important thing in his presidency career. Early September the White House officials visited the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services for a final demonstration of HealthCare.gov and with that by October the 1st 2014 the healthcare.gov started allowing Americans to shop for health care. The benefits too many Americans are the ability to receive health care. Receiving care is a major issue for Americans.
