How would you define academic readiness?
To me academic readiness is when you have reached a point in your life when you want to strive to do better and are willing to learn new things it is when you set a side time to improve yourself and higher your education for a better future.
What concerns, if any, do you have with academic writing and reading?
One of my concerns is the writing part. Especially cause you want to what your writing to make sense to the person reading it. another fear is writing and falling off topic or that my spelling is not correct.
What two university resources will you use to strengthen your writing and reading skills (refer to your Student Resources Worksheet)?
I think i would use the student library for the reading skills. but i think the one that would come in the most handy would be the student workshops, it extra practice the university provides, so that you can better understand the subject. or learn how to write better.
What is your personal learning style (refer to the Ch. 1 Aplia homework)?
I have an Aural learning style. it says “my preferred learning style is the approach to learning that feels most natural to you and is based on a combination of your experiences, strengths, weaknesses, and preferences.”
What are two obstacles you might need to overcome (refer to your Life Factors and personality assessments)?
Two obstacles i need to overcome. is my time management and organization methods.. i need to manage my time more efficiently so that i can turn in my assignments on time. And organization so i can find all my notes for the topic.
What strategies can you use to overcome these obstacles and be successful?
