Acknowledgement for training

Praise to God for I undergo my industrial training that begins on early May’14 till end of June’14 at SKF Technologies India pvt ltd (I), I finally successfully completed my Industrial training. I also would like to extend my thankfulness to the most precious persons in my life, my father and mother for all their moral support. Its a great pleasure to present this report of Industrial training in partial fulfillment of B.Tech Mechanical Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University.

I am entrusted to undergo my industrial training at SKF for 6 weeks before I can complete my subject course in order to graduate. During the 6 weeks of working here I am exposed to many new things which are very valuable for me to learn and carry out with devotion when I face the real world of working in the future. Undergoing for industrial training has become one of the curricular that college student compulsory to attend especially for those who studied at PDPU. The motive of this action is to expose students and let them experience the environment of the real world of working before graduating. For that I am heartily thankful to Dr. H.B.Raghvendra who is Director of School of Technology at Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University.

Its a great privilege to thank HR Manager of SKF Ahmedabad Mr. RAHUL WADHWANA for giving me opportunity of being trainee at their place. I would like to confer the flower of acknowledgement to Factory Quality Manager of SKF Ahmedabad Mr. SANTOSH DHADVE for their valuable suggestions for Industrial Training. At the outset, I would like to express my immense gratitude to my training mentor Mr. AKSHAY SOLANKI (Asst. Manager) for guiding me right from the inception till the successful completion of the training. There are some people without whom the completion of this training was not possible. I feel very happy to say my deeply thanks to Mr. SANJEEV KUMAR PANDEY (Asst. Manager) for their familiar behavior with me and their valuable help and encouragement throughout my training. I am falling short of words for expressing my feelings of gratitude towards him for extending his valuable guidance. I am highly obliged to for providing me this opportunity to carry out their ideas and work during my training period and helping me to gain the successful completion of my Industrial Training.

I have learnt a lot of valuable things while working here. I realize that learning theoretical is never the same when it comes to practice. There are a lot more to master than just learning from book.
