INTRODUCTION
Commercial law provides the rules that merchants and others involved in commerce must follow as they conduct business amongst themselves and with consumers. It protects the fair of the relationship between two parties in business environment by the contract. The law plays an important role because of the diversity and complicacy in the marketplace. Business activities of any companies must obey the law and have legal transaction. Thus, commercial law consultants help their clients negotiate and enter into business deals.
In this report, I am a legal advisor in Clark Legal Recruitment and supporting for World Auto Company (WAC) in Vietnam, which is one of the famous company in producing motor in Europe and Vietnam, we must
