ORIENTAÇÕES SOBRE O INSTRUMENTO:
O QUE É : Este é um documento para orientar o acompanhamento contábil, que é o processo de registrar as movimentações da empresa e gerar informações importantes sobre o negócio, para apoio a uma administração eficiente. PARA QUE SERVE: Serve para orientar o registro das transações da empresa – o que ela compra e usa na fabricação dos seus produtos, o que ela vende para o mercado consumidor, o que ela estoca nos seus armazéns, o que ela paga aos seus empregados, o que ela distribui de lucros para seus donos etc. – ou seja, o acompanhamento contábil fornece declarações da situação econômica e financeira da empresa através de relatórios legais. Os principais relatórios são: • Demonstração de resultados do exercício – resumo das receitas e despesas da empresa em determinado período. Pode ser usada para entender a composição das receitas e despesas e otimizar o uso dos recursos.

Passivo

• Fluxo de caixa – memória do que entrou e saiu, em dinheiro, da empresa. Pode ser usado para informar, antecipadamente, quando será necessário um financiamento ou quando se terá sobra de dinheiro para aplicar no mercado financeiro ou para quitar dívidas em atraso.
