INTRODUCTION
“Ethics are the principles and standards that guide our behavior toward other people (by Josh Brandt)”. Many organizations have least of five good reasons for promoting a work environment in which employees are encouraged to act ethically when making business decisions:
Gaining the good will of the community.
Creating an organization that operates consistently.
Fostering good business practices.
Protecting the organization and its employees from legal action.

In this case study Ilnaz was 22 year old female from Iran did well in her job interview and was selected for the job. The manager of the company arranges in such a way that she is combined with a male colleague, this is done for the purpose that they will learn from each other and share the work among themselves, but unfortunately this is against to regional ethics of Ilnaz culture and her husband was disappointed for the arrangement made by the company and not willing to send his wife
